The Lotus Health Conference began in 2017 with a single presenter, the late Dr. Hans Diehl, and a simple vision of sharing healthy living through food, community, and education.
From those humble beginnings with just 25 attendees, the conference has grown into a platform addressing nearly every major health topic, shaped by resilience, persistence, and a shared commitment to lifestyle medicine. After pausing during the pandemic, the conference relaunched in 2022 with renewed purpose and continues to expand, drawing hundreds each year.
Looking ahead, the vision is bold: to welcome 300 participants in 2026 and to keep inspiring individuals and communities to embrace healthier, hope-filled lives.
